CONTRACT NOTICE ADDENDUM
Addendum
Date of Addendum: 12/05/2020
Reason for Addendum: Taking into account recent extension of travel restrictions in Ukraine imposed by COVID-19 global outbreak as well as in order to allow sufficient time for holding pre-tender meeting and site visit, thus ensuring equal opportunities to all prospective Tenderers in terms of access to information required for preparation of competitive tenders, deadline for tenders submission is hereby extended as follows.
Tenderers shall submit their tenders electronically using ECEPP no later than 12:00 a.m. (UK time) on 01 August 2020.
Considering the above extension, requests for clarification shall be received by the Employer no later than fourteen (14) calendar days, prior to the deadline for submission of tenders, namely, no later than 17 July 2020.
Please note that all communication with the Employer in respect of the tender process including requests for clarifications and responses shall be submitted through ECEPP. Language of communication shall be the language of tender as stipulated by ITT 10.1 of the Tender Document.
